WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

For ready to ship pieces, please allow up to 3 business days for processing, plus shipping time.

US STANDARD SHIPPING: APPROX. 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER PROCESSING 

US EXPRESS SHIPPING: APPROX. 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER PROCESSING

Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.

We do not deliver on weekends or holidays.

Please not that during peak seasons and major holidays, processing and shipping delays may occur.

CAN I CANCEL OR EDIT MY ORDER AFTER CHECKOUT?

Please contact us at hello@phoenixsisters.shop with your order number and name within 24 hours. We will try our best to accommodate your request.

CAN I EDIT MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER CHECKOUT?

Please contact us at hello@phoenixsisters.shop with the updated address within 24 hours. We will try our best to accommodate your request.

Please note that we are unable to edit a billing address once an order has been placed.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can track your order by checking your shipping confirmation email. Please allow 1-2 business days for a tracking number to show movement.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

For US domestic orders, we accept returns on most of our jewelry pieces in its original condition (must be unused and unworn) within 10 business days of the delivery date for a full refund. You may exchange or return items for store credit within 21 business days of the delivery date. 

Please be advised that we will determine if the piece is eligible for a full refund once it arrives back to us. 

Depending on the condition of the returned item, there may be a 20% restocking fee (i.e. if not in its original condition, damaged, used or worn).

If applicable for a refund, you will receive a refund confirmation email from us.

Please note the following:

// All international orders are final sale. NO returns or exchanges requests for international orders. 

// Due to hygiene factors NO returns or exchanges on any EARRING purchases due to hygiene factors. 

// We will provide you with a prepaid return label via email. 

//For returns, a $10 handling and processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. 

// If you exchange or shop for a new item, PHOENIX SISTERS THE LABEL will pay for the return label. 

//Please be advised that once the product has been shipped, we do not refund shipping costs.

Yes, you can directly exchange via our return page HERE (jewelry item must be unworn and in its original condition)

I THINK MY PACKAGE IS LOST. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you think your package is lost, please contact us at hello@phoenixsisters.shop right away with your order number and name. We will try our best to help resolve the issue.

Please note that PHOENIX SISTERS THE LABEL is not responsible for lost or stolen orders once they are marked “Delivered” by the carrier. Be sure to check with your neighbors or building front desk to see if they may have your package.
